In order to lose weight you have to burn fat and build muscle. You also have to exercise in addition to eating healthy. Eat whole grains, healthy fats ,lean protein and plenty of fiber (vegetables and fruits). You should do cardio exercises to maximize fat loss. It takes intense weight training to do this. The goal is to minimize body fat and to maximizemuscle building.
