Doctors need to be trained better on how to treat obese and overweight patients. The obese and overweight patients are treated less kindly than the normal sized patients. Doctors are not using empathy with obese and overweight patients making them less likely to want to visit the doctor’s office. Doctors often offer the normal weight patients upbeat advice without making comments about their weight.

The Honesty of Children

Time spent with the family goes to show that the honesty of children is often given out with very little filter. The overwhelming sweetness of the child overlaid the comments about my appearance of pregnancy. It helped give a reminder to stick to healthy eating and living.
