Whenever there is a holiday or an occation that’s going to happen, remember not to eat too much in at those family dinners. Exercising is good for your health but is not a remedy for over eating. Remember it is important to work out each day for at least 30 minutes; work outs include: Butt kicks, Squats, bicep curl, shoulder pres, line jumps, high knees, rolling medicine ball pull ups, side lungs, plank jacks, and running.
