Matthew Johnson, a 35 year old in Missouri managed to go from 198 to 189 pounds in 12 weeks. He is a former pro baseball player and a current physical education teacher that worked with Hitch Fit personal trainers to get to his goals, sometimes spending five hours a week in the gym lifting weights. The weight training increased to an hour each of cardio and weights, and they combined with efforts in the kitchen to eat healthy. He attributes diet as the main factor creating weight loss.
