Why Do You Exercise?

Getting motivated to begin an exercise regimen can be as simple as writing a list. Think about why you haven’t yet begin to exercise, then come up with ways around these roadblocks. On a second list, write all the reasons you can think of as to why you should exercise. At this point, you should be able to find the time and energy to get moving. Come up with a list of exercises that you can do – it can be as simple as walking or jogging.
